Digitised: John Taylor's book (1635) about Thomas Par, who allegedly died in 1635 at the age of 152 'and odd months'.

The Wikipedia entry on "Old Tom Parr":

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_Tom_Parr

reports that his diet was "subrancid cheese and milk in every form, coarse and hard bread and small drink, generally sour whey.”
